The ones that expire first go first
Your balance is made of tokens with different expiry dates: this month's allowance, credits from earlier applications. The ones that expire soonest are spent first, so little goes to waste.
Tokens
Two actions cost tokens at fixed prices, and the AI assistant will cost tokens by the size of the chat. Everything else is free.
| Action | Price | Charged when | If it fails |
|---|---|---|---|
| Apply to a role | 100 tokens | Your application is sent | Nothing is charged if you are short. A failed first read returns all 100. |
| Post a role | 100 tokens, once | The listing is first published | Nothing is charged. The listing stays a draft. |
| Republish or edit a listing | Free | Not charged | Not needed |
| The AI assistant | By the size of the chat: input and output | Each time it works, once pricing opens. Free today. | The charge is returned if the work fails |

If you do not have enough, you are told how many tokens the action needs and how many you have. Nothing is sent, published or charged.
A charge and the work it pays for are recorded together. If the work fails, the charge is reversed. If a returned token was due to expire in the meantime, it comes back with a short extra window.
The Tokens page in the menu lists every credit and every charge with its date, what it was for and the balance after it.
The assistant reads what you send, which is the input, and writes an answer, which is the output. Both are counted in tokens of text, and the cost in Vibly tokens follows from that count. A short question costs little. A long chat with long answers costs more.
The assistant is free while pricing is being set. When it changes, the rate will be shown on the Pricing page and on your Tokens page before it applies, and a charge for work that fails is returned.
The chat on the home page, drafting a listing, follow-up questions, the company assistant, an optional interview, and reading an application again.
