Terms of use
Version 2026-10-13. Vibly runs Vibly (“we”, “us”).
By signing in or using Vibly you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Vibly is
Vibly is a marketplace where companies post work (jobs, internships, gigs and projects) and people apply for it. An AI assistant helps companies write listings and helps them review applications, and helps people find listings. We are a platform. We are not an employer or recruiter of any candidate, and we are not a party to any hiring, contract or payment between a company and a candidate.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
- Sign in with an email address you control, or with LinkedIn. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- One person, one account. Do not use another person’s identity.
3. For candidates
- Be accurate. Your profile, answers and declarations (expected pay, level, years of experience, availability, location) are your own statements. You confirm they are accurate when you apply, and companies see them as written. They are frozen once you apply.
- Do not copy another person’s work, use fake credentials, or submit content you do not have the right to share.
- Your email address and phone number are not shown to a company. A company sees your name, the profile details you share, and your application.
- You may withdraw an application at any time. Tokens already spent on it are not returned.
4. For companies
- You must be authorised to post for the company. Companies are confirmed through an email address at their own domain.
- Listings must be real, lawful and accurately described, including pay and location where you state them. No misleading offers, no pyramid or “pay to work” schemes, no listings that discriminate unlawfully on grounds such as caste, religion, gender, disability or age (except where the law allows), and no collection of money, deposits or documents from candidates.
- Use applicant information only to assess people for the role they applied for, and keep it confidential. You are responsible for your own hiring decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you as an employer or client.
- The AI assessment (Match, Maybe, No match) is a first-pass screen from what applicants submitted. It is decision support, not a decision. A person at your company must make the hiring decision and can move any applicant between groups.
5. Tokens
- Each account receives a free monthly allowance of tokens (currently 500, on the 1st of each month, India time). Unused allowance and other free tokens expire at the end of the month in which they are issued.
- Applying for a listing uses tokens (currently 100). Depending on how the AI screen rates the application, part or all of that may be credited back as a promotional credit (currently 100 for a Match, 50 for a Maybe, none for a No match). A failed screen is credited back in full.
- Posting a listing uses tokens (currently 100), once, when it is first published. Later changes to the same listing are free. Some AI features may also use tokens.
- Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refundable in money. We may change prices and allowances; a change does not affect tokens already spent.
- Buying tokens is not available yet. If it is added, its terms will be shown at checkout.
6. Rewards, referrals and leaderboards
Points, streaks, referral credits and weekly prizes are promotional. We may change, pause or end them, and we may withhold or reverse rewards that came from misuse, fake accounts or self-referrals.
7. AI features
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It may miss evidence, misread an answer, or describe a listing imperfectly. Check what matters before you rely on it, especially pay, location and requirements. See how we use AI.
8. Usernames and web addresses
You may choose a username for your profile and a web address for your company page. You may not choose one that copies or imitates another person’s or company’s name, brand or trademark, that suggests an official or staff account, or that is offensive or misleading. A company may use a brand name as its address only if it has confirmed an email address on that brand’s own domain. We may refuse, change or remove a name, with a redirect or without, if it breaks these rules or someone with a valid claim to it asks us to. To claim a name, or to report one, contact support.
9. Acceptable use
Do not: break the law; harass, threaten or deceive anyone; post spam or scams; scrape, copy or resell the service or other users’ information; try to get around limits, tokens or security; probe or attack the service; upload malware; or use the assistants for anything unrelated to the platform. We may rate-limit or block misuse.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post and submit. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display it as needed to run the service for you: for example to show your listing publicly, to show your application to the company you applied to, and to have our AI providers process it to produce assessments and answers. Public listings may be seen by anyone. You promise you have the right to submit your content.
11. Reports and moderation
Anyone can report a listing or company. We may remove content, hold or suspend a listing or account, or refuse service, with or without notice, where we think these terms are broken, the law requires it, or people may be harmed. If we act on your account we will tell you why where we reasonably can.
12. Third-party services
The service relies on providers for hosting, email, sign-in (such as LinkedIn) and AI. Links to other websites are not under our control. We are not responsible for them.
13. No guarantees, and limits on our liability
We work to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that you will find a job, a candidate, or any particular result, that listings or applicants are genuine, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity or lost earnings, or for what companies, candidates or other third parties do. Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Ending your use
You may stop using Vibly at any time. To have your account and data deleted, follow the steps in the Privacy policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, liability and dispute terms, continue after that.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version date is at the top of this page. If a change is significant we will tell you in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer or data-protection law. Please contact us first; most issues can be sorted out quickly.
17. Contact
Use the contact address shown on our sign-in emails.
