What people ask first.
Do I need an account to look at jobs?
No. You can read listings and company pages without signing in. You sign in to chat with Vibly, to apply and to post a role. There is no password: you get a code by email.
What does it cost me?
Looking at jobs, messaging and keeping a profile are free. Applying costs 100 tokens and posting a role costs 100 tokens, once. The AI assistant will use tokens too, by the size of the chat, once pricing opens. Today it is free. Everyone gets 500 free tokens a month. The full token model.
Do I get my tokens back?
For an application, yes when the role fits: all 100 for a Match, 50 for a Maybe, and all 100 if the first read fails. How refunds work.
Does the AI reject people?
No. It gives the employer a first read with the evidence beside each result. The employer reads the real answers and decides. How the matching works.
Can an employer see my email or phone number?
No. Employers see your name, your answers, what you declared and the profile sections you left on.
Do I have to fill in a profile?
No. It is optional. A fuller profile gives the first read more to go on, and you choose which sections employers can see.
Can I take back an application?
Yes, you can withdraw it. The 100 tokens already spent are not returned.
How do I know a company is real?
A company is confirmed when someone confirms an email address on its own domain, and a tick appears beside the domain. You can also report any listing or company.
Which places does it cover?
Vibly is built for India first: pay is in rupees and places are cities and states. A role elsewhere can be listed with an Outside India place.
How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data?
Write to us from the address on your account. We confirm it is you and reply within 30 days. Contact.
