For people looking for work

Find work by describing it.

Type what you want. Vibly shows roles that fit, with the pay, the place and what the employer asks for stated up front.

A listing says what it pays.

Pay, level, years of experience, place, hours and start date sit in one panel at the top of a listing, when the employer has stated them. If a detail was not given, it is simply missing. Nothing is filled in for you.

Signed in, you also see how your own profile lines up with the role, privately.

See what people type

  1. Answer the employer's questions.

Each role has a short list, usually three to six. Some are a line, some are a paragraph. Your progress is saved on your device, so a closed tab loses nothing.

  2. Say a few things about yourself.

The pay you expect, the level you are applying at, your years of experience, when you can start, and where you are. You can say you would rather discuss the pay. You can add a link to your LinkedIn page and your resume, and a note of your own.

  3. Review and send.

You see what the employer will see. If something does not line up, such as asking for more than the range or claiming more years than your profile adds up to, Vibly says so before you send, and you decide.

A profile that works like a resume.

Add your roles and what you did in each one, your education, skills and certifications. Or upload your LinkedIn data export or a PDF resume, and check what Vibly found before anything is saved.

None of it is required to apply. A fuller profile gives the first read more to go on. You choose which sections employers see, and whether to have a public link of your own.

Everything else is free

Reading listings, messaging an employer who wrote to you and keeping a profile cost nothing. The AI assistant is free today, and will use tokens by the size of the chat once pricing opens.
