For companies

Describe the role. Get a listing and a first read of every applicant.

Write what you need in a few lines. Vibly drafts the listing and the application questions, and you change anything before it goes live.

From a sentence to a listing.

The draft uses only what you said. Pay, place and requirements are left blank when you did not give them, so nothing is invented for you to find later.

You can also paste an existing posting, a link to your careers page or a PDF, and start from that.

A first read of every applicant, with the evidence.

Each application is read once. Under the result you see which of the applicant's own words support each requirement, and what they declared about pay, level, years and start date, set beside what you listed.

Applicants sit in tabs: Match, Maybe, No match, Rejected. You can disagree with a result, add evidence, move anyone to another group and ask for a second read.

How the matching works

Applicants grouped by Match, Maybe and No match, each with a summary and checks against the listing.

Things that save you a week

Hoped-for answers

Mark the answer you hoped for on a yes or no, pick-one or number question. A different answer is flagged on the applicant, so you see it without reading every form. Nobody is turned away automatically.

Ask in plain words

Type a question such as who has run events in Pune, and Vibly points to the applicants who fit, with the answers behind each pick. It does not see names, emails or phone numbers.

One inbox

Every conversation sits in one list with the role named on it, across all your companies. Each message shows which colleague wrote it.

A spreadsheet when you need one

Download everyone who applied to a role as a CSV, with their answers, declarations and checks.

Who is behind a listing

Your company is confirmed

Someone at your company confirms an email address on your own domain, and applicants see a tick beside it. You cannot take a well-known brand name as your web address without that proof.

Trust and privacy

You write only to people who applied

Conversations start from an application. Candidates are never contacted cold, and either side can report or block a conversation.

What it costs

Posting a role: 100 tokens, once

Everyone gets 500 free tokens a month. Changes to the same listing are free, and applicants pay their own way.

The token model
