On the 1st of each month, India time, your account receives 500 tokens. A new account receives the full 500 on the day it is created, with nothing taken off for a part month.
The token model
Tokens, and exactly what they pay for.
Looking at jobs, messaging and keeping a profile are free. Tokens pay for sending an application, for posting a role and, once pricing opens, for using the AI assistant.
The four numbers.
Everything else on this page follows from these.
- 500Every account gets 500 tokens on the 1st of each month, free.
- 100Applying to a role costs 100 tokens.
- 100 / 50 / 0A Match gives all 100 back. A Maybe gives back 50. A No match gives back nothing.
- 100Posting a role costs 100 tokens, once. Changes to the same listing are free.

Where tokens come from and where they go
They expire at the end of the month
Free tokens, and tokens returned after an application, expire at the end of the month they were given, India time. Tokens that expire first are spent first.
A worked month
You start with 500 and send five applications. That is 500 spent. Two come back as a Match (200 returned), one as a Maybe (50) and two as a No match (nothing). You end with 250, enough for two more.
Tokens are not money
They cannot be cashed out, sold or passed to someone else. Buying more tokens is not available yet.
