Our story

Applying got cheap. Reading did not.

Why Rashmi R Padhy started Vibly.

Rashmi R Padhy kept running into the same problem on hiring platforms. Finding the right person to interview took a great deal of effort.

AI had made applying easy. An application took seconds to send and cost the sender close to nothing. Reading it cost what it always had. Someone still had to open each one and decide whether it deserved an interview.

More applications meant more noise, and the right ones were harder to find in it.

That problem became Vibly.

He designed it as an AI hiring platform and pointed the AI at the noise. If AI could make applying cheap, it could also do the first read of every application, and show its working.

Today every application gets a first read, with the applicant's own words beside each result. Applying costs 100 tokens, which come back in full for a Match and in half for a Maybe, so an application is a choice. A company can write only to people who applied. A person makes every decision.
