How it works
One application, from both sides.
An example, in order. Priya runs a small company in Pune and needs a customer success lead. Asha is a candidate. The names are made up.
Priya types a sentence.
“We need a customer success lead in Pune who has led a support team.”
To send it she signs in with a code sent to her email, and her sentence is waiting in the box when she returns. There is no password.

Vibly drafts the listing.
The draft has a title, a place, a short description and the requirements she implied. It has no pay, because she did not give any. She adds the pay, changes a question, and publishes. Publishing costs her 100 tokens, once.
Asha finds it by describing what she wants.
She types that she is looking for a customer success job in Pune. The listing comes back with its pay, level and years of experience at the top, because Priya stated them.
She answers a few questions, then says what she expects.
Three questions from Priya, then Asha's own: the pay she expects, the level she is applying at, her years of experience, when she can start. She reviews what Priya will see and sends it. Sending costs her 100 tokens.
The first read arrives, and the tokens come back.
Vibly reads Asha's answers and profile against Priya's requirements. It is a Match, so Asha's 100 tokens return. Priya sees the result with the words that support each requirement, and Asha's declared pay set beside Priya's range.

Priya disagrees with one point and asks for a second read.
She adds a note saying that the support team Asha led was bigger than the read assumed. The role is read again with her note. The first read is kept, and Priya can see both.
Priya writes to Asha.
She sends a follow-up question. It reaches Asha with the role named on it, and Asha's answer is kept with the question. Both of them can find the conversation in Messages, and either can report or block it.

Priya decides.
She moves Asha to Interview. Vibly does not book the time. That happens in the conversation, between the two of them.
Now try your own.
