Glossary

First read

The first assessment Vibly makes of an application when it arrives, with the evidence beside each result.

For each requirement the employer wrote, the first read records a result: met, not met or unknown. A result of met or not met has to point to the applicant's own words. Without evidence it is recorded as unknown.

The first read also gives a label, Match, Maybe or No match. It sets the applicant's token refund. An employer can ask for a second read, but the refund stays as the first read set it.
