Declaration

What an applicant states about themselves when applying: expected pay, level, years of experience, start date and place.

Vibly sets each declaration beside the listing and, for years of experience, beside what the applicant's profile adds up to. A gap becomes a flag the employer sees, and the applicant sees it before sending.

An applicant can say they would rather discuss pay or level. Declarations are fixed when the application is sent.
