Venture Fellow (Internship)

About the role

Aadi Labs is a venture creation studio. We help founders turn promising ideas into working products, first customers and the foundations of real companies, and we build some of those companies ourselves, with Venture Fellows leading the work. You will own a real function inside an early-stage venture for six months: real users, real numbers, real consequences if something does not work. What you will actually do Depending on the venture and the function you choose, that could mean running growth experiments and watching the numbers move, shipping product decisions that get tested by real users within days, writing and deploying code that goes live the same week, or designing the first experience a customer ever sees of something that did not exist a month ago. You will not be handed a six-month roadmap on day one. You will be handed a problem and the room to go solve it. Who this is for AI is already part of how you work daily. You use it to get more done than your headcount would suggest, not as a novelty you dabble in occasionally. You want responsibility earlier than a conventional internship gives you, and you are comfortable with a role that is not fully defined yet. Prior experience in a function helps, but a real track record of building or shipping something, anywhere, counts for more than a résumé line. Pick your track — Venture Fellows lead one of five functions. You choose which one you are applying for on our site. Growth — positioning, acquisition and retention, with AI handling the busywork so your judgment goes toward what to test next. Product — the customer, the first use case, the smallest version worth shipping, prototyped with AI to move at founder speed. Engineering — production code, using AI coding tools to multiply your own output. Design — the end-to-end experience, from UX to the first impression a user gets. Other — sales, operations, customer success, or a function that doesn't fit neatly above. Logistics: 6 months · Remote or hybrid (Whitefield, Bangalore) · Direct exposure to zero-to-one building, mentorship, real equity via ESOP, and a credible path to full-time or founding your own venture after.
